A selection of four varieties of cold pressed extra virgin olive oil based on our olive trees grown in the mediterranean regions of Priorat (Catalonia) and Almeria (Andalusia).
All of them in artistic bottles closed by cork with wooden cap and with the following properties that guarantee for the best quality:
Degree of acidity between 0,1 and 0,2.
Excellent flavour characteristics.
Small harvestings, manual harvest of the olives and production of the olive oil the same day using traditional methods.
ARBEQUINA (200 ml)
Olive Variety: Arbequina
Use: white bread, salads, vegetables and fish.
AL TOMILLO (200 ml)
(infused with thyme)
Olive Variety: Arbequina
Use: red meats, either grilled or braised.
SABOR (500 ml)
Olive Varieties: Hojiblanca, Lechin de Granada, Arbequina and Picudo.
Use: white bread, stews and salads.
PICUAL (500 ml)
Olive Variety: Picual
Use: fried or lightly fried food, stews, casseroles and sauces.
