What Is Coating Thickness Gauge
First
This Eddy current coating thickness gauge adopts the principle of eddy current. When the probe is in contact with the sample, the eddy current will be generated, and the electromagnetic field of the eddy current will change the probe parameters, and the thickness of the coating can be obtained by measuring the change of the probe parameters.

The coating thickness gauge is mainly used to measure the anodic oxide coating on aluminum alloy profiles, aluminum composite panel, and other non-ferrous metals. This portable hardness tester can also be used to measure the thickness of paper and plastic foil.
