?Soluble in water and diluted alcohol, not soluble in oil, ether and petroleum ether.
?Excellent stability to light especially in acidic condition.
?Excellent coloring ability .
?Applicable to juice, soft drinks, compound wine, confectionary, can food, cake in colors, ice cream , jelly, sweetmeat and so on.
?It appears yellow and stable at PH 2-7.
