Currently Capsulation R&D is still in to early 1980’s of Tableting, wherein researchers used Single Punch Reciprocating Type of Tablet Press. Similarly, today 90% of the researchers are using Manual Capsulation Equipments which are in gross violation of a “Correct Scale Up of the Process”.

Most of the Production Scale Encapsulation Machines of capacity of more than 10,000 Capsules/ Hour (Viz. “KARNAVATI” KR 40 Model Tamping Type) are FULLY AUTOMATIC either Tamping (80%) or Dozating Type. Mini Cap is India’s First Automatic Bench-top Capsule Filling Machine for Powder and Pellet Filling. The machine has been designed to fill gelatin capsules and is incorporated with PLC controls and is designed as per GMP and CE standards. Basic Machine for R & D Laboratories, F & D Scientists, Process Development Laboratories.

Thanks to its compact size and its design it is easy to install the machine on any work bench. The work cycle is totally automatic and is controlled by Programmable Logic Control (PLC).
