Product Description
BW 2 Part Cable glands are used in dry indoor conditions wherever it is required to provide sealing on the outer sheath of the cable. BW Cable Glands provide positive armor locking, effective earth continuity, and increased mechanical strength. Cable glands can be used with SWA, Plastic, and Rubber (Elastomer) sheathed cables. We offer these cable glands in Natural Brass finish or electroplated with Tin or Nickel.
BW 3 part cable glands are similar in application and design to the BW (2 part) gland, however an extra component is added, a cone ring. This prevents rotation of the wire and is used instead of a knurled cone. Bodies, Caps & Rings are manufactured from Brass and can be electroplated with Tin & Nickel. BW 3 part Cable Gland provide mechanical cable retention & electrical wire continuity.
