Product Description
The Cannondale Topstone Carbon Ultegra RX is a performance gravel bike with a lightweight carbon frame that can
take on any challenge on or off the road. The Topstone is Cannondale’s first ever gravel bike. It is also the
first gravel bike on the market to feature a rear suspension. While the Topstone aims to provide a compliant feel
with that suspension, it is also incredibly fast thanks to the stiff and lightweight carbon frame as well as
responsive pedaling input and power transfer. This version of the Cannondale Topstone combines outstanding
performance with affordability for the adventurous rider.
The main talking point on the Cannondale Topstone is the innovative rear suspension. The 30mm KingPin suspension
is a simple system with thru-axle pivot that connects the seatstays to one another. The pivot sits between a pair
of bumpers in the seattube. Overall, this system allows for a total of 30mm of travel. More compliance is added
to your ride with the help of a dropper post that creates 27.2mm of travel. Despite all this added shock
absorption, the feel of this suspension is subtle and will not get in the way of fast riding. It is simply there
to give you the confidence to tackle obstacles at high speeds without dealing with annoying vibrations.
