Equipment manufacturing and process standards
1 Pressing device
1.1 Pneumatic or hydraulic ram to control ram lifting
1.2 Ram adopts double side slope structure, surfacing welding alloy at the bottom of the work surface, the thickness is 5mm, the hardness is HRC50.
2 Feeding device
The feeding device is consist of left and right wallboard,loading door and its oil cylinder, and the rear wallboard. There is a connector on the rear wallboard to connect the carbon black conveying device.
3 Mixer device
3.1 Mixer chamber:forging structure, drill hole on mixer chamber wall for water cooling,surfacing hard wear-resistant alloy on mixer chamber in wall, the alloy thickness is 5mm, the hardness is HRC50.
3.2 Side bracket:Alloy steel casting,eliminate the internal stress by aging treatment,resistance to deformation,there is wear resistant cemented carbide baffle on the contact surface of side bracket interior and stocks.Alloy layer thickness is not less than 5mm, the hardness is HRC50.
3.3 The total volume of mixer chamber conform to the index specified in GB/T9707-2000
3.4 Rotor:4-wing high efficient rotor,the material is 42CrMo alloy steel, The rotor inner chamber cooled by water. Surfacing hard alloy in rotor edge peak and other parts ,the alloy thickness is 5mm, the hardness is HRC52. The alloy thickness of other parts is 3mm,the hardness is HRC50. The whole working surface of rotor is processed by plating hard chromium, plating thickness is 0.1-0.15mm, hardness is HRC50.
3.5 Install one-way oiling valve, reserve oiling joint of up steram equipment,adding technical oil to the mixer chamber according to the process requirements.
3.6 Rotor end sealing:hydraulic seal,the sealing surface pressure of rotor face in all directions is stable,oil cylinder apply pressure to the static ring in each end face.Oil lubrication in sealing contact surface. Surfacing hard alloy on dynamic ring working surface , the hardness is HRC50.
