Our supplier sales the product on FOB basis & the terms of sales are as under:
It is important for you to fulfill all requirements, by obtaining form C12 and register your company with NNPC. The conditions for lifting is as follows:
(1)Shipment will be on FOB and it attracts security deposit of US$1Million.
(2)Registration fee will be US$100,000, while the application fee is still US$10,000 for purchasing form C12 by paying cash at NNPC Office.
(3)Stamp duty with Federal Ministry of Justice US$100,000.
(4)After purchasing form C12 the buyer will be required to sign a contract in person, in presence of THE PRESIDENTIAL COMMITTEE, NAIGERIA.
(5)Immediately after purchase of form C12, the buyer company's details will be put on SHELL SCREEN, LONDON.
(6)YOU WILL HAVE TO TAKE YOUR COMMISSION FROM YOUR BUYER.
(7)NO P.B. WILL BE ISSUED, SINCE NNPC IS A FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OF NIGERIA, ORGANIZATOIN.
IF THE ABOVE TERMS ARE ACCEPTABLE, PLEASE SEND YOUR LOI WITH A LETTER FROM YOUR BUYER STATING THE MENDATE OF YOUR ORGANISATION.
