Automatic Sheet Collating and Bonding machine YSCB-1

The machine is designed for automatically picking, collating and bonding the sheets (2 printed sheets+1 middle core sheet or only 2 printed sheets), which can greatly improve the plastic card production productivity.

 It can work on the assembly of 2 printed sheets+1 middle core sheet or only 2 printed sheets. The thickness of the applicable card sheet is more than 0.12mm.
 Sheet picking is stable and reliable without scratches on card sheet surface.
 There are no scratches on card sheet surface in the whole conveying process of the machine.
