Aluminium extrusion profiles

Industrial aluminum profile is an alloy material with aluminum as the main component. Aluminum rods are melted and extruded to obtain aluminum materials with different cross-sectional shapes. However, the proportion of added alloy is different, the mechanical properties and application fields of profiles are also different accordingly. Shuangheng mainly produces 6000 grade aluminum profiles.

In terms of application fields, industrial aluminum profiles refer to all aluminum profiles except for architectural doors and windows, curtain walls, indoor and outdoor decoration and aluminum profiles for architectural structures.

After the surface of industrial aluminum profile is oxidized, the appearance is very beautiful, and it is resistant to dirt. It is very easy to clean once it touches the oil. When assembled into products, different specifications of profiles are used according to different load-bearing. The aluminum profile adopts matching accessories, so welding is not needed. It is more environmentally friendly, and is light and easy to carry and extremely convenient to move.

Aluminum industrial extrusion profile is widly used in cars, trains machinery, electronics, medical and other industrial filed. In terms of hardware, machinery, electromechanical parts and solar PV products, aluminum frames are adopt as important auxiliary materials.
