Product Description
Agar Agar (E 406) is extracted from red seaweed(genus gelidium), purified by filtration processes as a complex polysaccharide. It meets the specifications of the FCC as well as the directive of the EEC (number: E 406)
It is used as a gelling agent in all types of gels.
