Producing process¡º
The raw material is measured and mixed. The raw material includes silica sand/ fly ash, cement, lime, gypsum and aluminum. Then the slurry is poured in the mould. After it reaches a certain green stiffness during the procuring, the cake is picked up to the cutting machine by the lifting appliances. Then the cut cake with the bottom plate is transported to the autoclaved by the ferry. After being autoclaved, the products are packed and shipped to the construction sites.
