The Racing Light XLR tubular rims are constructed of 100% carbon fiber that are specially layered to keep the rims aligned and balanced. You'll immediately notice their snappy response when climbing or sprinting. Utilizing a carbon hub, Fulcrum reduces the overall weight of the wheelset and improves the performance by including CULT ceramic bearings silicon nitride balls enclosed in Cronitect steel races.
