Trade Show Information
An international chocolate festival, Salon du Chocolat will be held from 18th to 21th, January 2018 in Seoul where will be the hub of the chocolate and dessert industry of Asia. The show include the live performance, such as the Chocolate Fashion Show, live demonstrations by famous chefs at the Pastry Show, educational and playful activities at Chocoland, and finally Choco Seminars to give you and understanding of the chocolate.
Also on 2017, the Korean qualifying round of World Chocolate Masters will be concurrently held.
The winner of this competition will become the national representative chocolatier and participate in the World Chocolate Masters which will be held with Salon du Chocolat Paris.
