Warson is one of the most well-established and integrated book printing company in mainland China and we have two plants, in Shenzhen and Dongguan in Southern China. Established in November, 1992, Warson is jointly owned by China Agriculture Group under the Ministry of Commerce in China and the Chinese Government, we are headquartered in Shenzhen, which is the printing center in China. In 1999 February, we successfully expanded our capacity for both domestic and oversea printing market by acquiring a medium-sized Dongguan based book printing factory. We boast over a decade of involvement and experiences in both book printing and paper products printing service in China as well as in the international printing market.
The two plants occupy a total area of over 35,000 square meters, and are equipped with world-class printing facilities, including advanced CTP pre-press system that improves color printing quality and shortens plate-making time and saves cost, 2 Heidelberg webs and 12 sheet-fed machines with 2-,4-,5-,6-,8-color printing, 1 hard-cover book production line and other post-press facilities such as die-cutters, gluer machines, hot-stamping, laminating, varnishing and UV finishing machines.
With near 800 people, we provide full services of in-house prepress, printing, binding and delivery. We can take the job from scanning, CTP, printing, binding to delivery to the clientü¬s warehouse. All production is done in our own plants to insure flexibility, fastest turnaround time and, most importantly, effective cost. We specialize in the areas of digital pre-press, magazine printing, catalogue printing, directory printing and book printing, and paper products printing. Our printing products range from soft cover books, hard cover books, childrenü¬s books, board books, manuals, wire-o and spiral books, magazines, commercial catalogues to game box sets, calendars, packaging, pop-ups, gift box and etc.
Our Shenzhen plant was accredited ISO 9001-2000 in January 2001, and Dongguan plant obtained the same certificate in 2003, which certifies that in printing industry both of our plants manage to comply with international quality system and also means that we are to fulfill: customersü¬ printing quality requirements, and applicable regulatory requirements, while aiming to enhance customer satisfaction in our printing quality and printing services, and to achieve continuous improvement of our performance in pursuit of these objectives.
