The PVC hot shrinkable caps are for wine or spirits. The down part of the capsule is made of PVC resource and the up part is made of aluminum foil. The capsules shrink smoothly to the bottle surface when heated to 350 to 400 degrees F(Fahrenheit ,T=5/9*(F-32).). The embossing (hot foil stamping) of the gold foil will add a 3 dimensional/tactile effect to the top of your bottle. Tear tape can be incorporated into our capsule to enhance consumer opening. The products are available in a variety of colors, sizes and we can make special supply in your design.
