NingBo HeLi Automobile Parts Co.,Ltd is subsidiary business of NingBo HeLi Group, which is an multiple enterprise concentrating in R ¡¥ D, manufacturing, sales and service for automobile parts, machinery, tooling and sportsware. Total capital of the group is 25million USD, including 11,688,750USD fixed capital, 365 sets dedicated equipments and 160sets computers, and annual production capability reaches 25million USD.
The predecessor, NingBo HeLi Machinery Co. ,Ltd, which was established in 1994,was a member unit of Experts Committee of Science and Technology Council below National Construction Department, was a professional company specializing in automobile parts R ¡¥ D, design and manufacture. Currently the total employee of the company is 208, 28% of them are engineers. With total capital of 6,365,000USD and fixed capital of 4,375,500USD, annual production capability could up to 12.5million USD. Moreover the company makes full use of design softwares such as UG, Pro/E, CIMATRON etc in advance and was granted CAD application and generalization unit by Science and Technology committee of NingBo City. Besides it has 172sets of mechanical equipments such as imported machine centers, turning centers, NC lathes.
We mainly produce disc brake, automatic slack adjuster, energy storage spring brake chamber, cooling system, which are supplied to Beiqi Futian, North Benz, JAC, Xiamen KingLong, Zhenzhou Yutong, DAF Hangzhou Automobile Co.,Ltd, some of them even take place of imported products. The automatic slack adjuster obtained national patent and annual production capacity reaches 400000sets with two production lines. Automobile brake system and accessory parts are qualified Free of Inspection and became long term dedicated supply products for DAF Hangzhou Automobile Co.,Ltd. Disc brake and cooling system are supplied to all kinds of buses and heavy duty trucks.
