The Group has also embarked into land expansion in Indonesia and a joint-venture in

India for Seed Oil cultivation, the Group owns and operates eleven (11) oil palm,

sunflower, corn and soya beans estates, complemented by eight (8) oil mills capable of

processing over four million tonnes per year and a palm kernel crushing plant. The

Groups oil palm estates and the state-of-the-art processing mills consistently produce

results above the industry's average.

The Group's other complementary and downstream activities include the trading of

agrochemical and fertilizers, rice and wheat, Sugar refining, agro-management and

advisory services.

The Group has factories that in steady Production of Aluminum Ingot, Nickel Ingot,

zinc Ingot and Tin ingot. Other business activities in the pipeline include biodiesel

production and bulking services.
