Electronic grade Phosphoric Acid (85%): used for cleaning and etching of liquid crystal screens and non-chip-level precision electronic components;
Food Grade Phosphoric Acid (85%): used as a clarifying agent, sour agent, and nutritional agent for yeast in food and beverages, used to produce food-grade phosphate, and used to react with ferrous sulfate to produce lithium iron phosphate cathode material;
Technical Grade Phosphoric Acid (85%): used as metal surface treatment agent, organic reaction catalyst, refractory material additive, etc.
Polyphosphoric Acid (105%, 115%, 116%, 117%, 118%): used to make lithium hexafluorophosphate electrolyte, and also used in drug synthesis, pigment synthesis, catalyst synthesis, carbon fiber production, inorganic flame retardants, etc. Fine chemical industry. Using the "one-step" production technology, the polymer content is much higher than that of the "two-step" production of polyphosphoric acid, with stable performance and good fluidity.
