Manufacturer was to drop ship electric scooters to customers. Payment was through Paypal for protection. 15 out of 35 scooters never delivered to customers. Company said wait, they'll come. Ordered in November 2015. Shipping was promised in 7-10 business days by my contact Lily. They changed delivery date after promised to 12-15 business days. Christmas came and went, items never delivered. Finally in February 2016 company returned payment for items that never delivered. However, of the 20 scooters that shipped, 6 arrived to the customer damaged or in non-working condition. HKDA promised after purchase service site. It is still advertised on their website as being open. I was told by Lily that so many scooters were delivered damaged that the repair site was shut down and if my customers shipped their scooters there they would never get them back. i had to refund customers for broken scooters. The one who kept his went through repair process, which is to video problem and then pay HKDA for broken part. I paid for customers part, he self repaired, part was broken. I lost over $2000 with this company and the losses keep coming! One scooter I paid to have shipped to me was crushed. company refused to compensate, I contacted their shipper and UPS and no one will take responsibility. No customer service, no support, a lot of lies. Made 2 Western Union Payments to Jie Fang. Opened disputes in paypal, but company put in false tracking information so it appeared scooters had delivered to customers. Dishonest company DO NOT TRUST

RECOMMENDATION: |
Only go directly through Alibaba or mediation site, save all records and transactions, have a contract, still only pay through paypal or protected source, NEVER WESTERN UNION OR WIRE TRANSFER. Do not drop ship. Make sure agreement is in place for damaged items
