I have been importing cdrs from the company Shenzen Guanyu Opto for four years. Everything was going well until the last order. I knew something was wrong in our last order, they were not acting like before; we had so many problems, conflicts and delays in all the process. When I received the cdrs I was shocked. The cdrs do not work, they are totally different from the previous cdrs. All cdrs white color printable surface are exfoliated, poured out or sketched. Enough quantity of cdrs from different packages is tested in different cd robots, they are all rejected, not work in any way. The entire order which costed $50.000 is wasted. I immediately reported the situation to Shenzen Guanyu Opto, Kelly Zheng (sales director) replied me saying that she was shocked when she saw the defect cdrs photos, she need to pass all these problems to the technicians, then will get back to me a with a solution. Now It has been a month since her last e-mail, no one from Shenzen Guanyu Opto replies me in anyway. I have a loss of $50.000, I will never give up to recover this, I think to work with a lawyer is the best way, if someone has other recommendations, I will be waiting for the advice.
