Major quality problems which Shenzhen Guan Yu Opto Electronics Technology is refusing to react to. We believe that around 8-10% were rejected, main cause is due to using inferior materials causing a lot of peeling problems on the disks. Also lack of QC procedure. They compensated for US$10,000 on the first container late last year, then we discovered the rest of 4 containers had similar issues.

I have known this factory for over 4 years & have not had any issues in the past, we have done lots of business with them, some how all of a sudden we had these issues. Lately in China it appears very risky even if you have inspection done, admittedly our inspection sample size was quite small so it may have been easily overlooked. As I said we never had issues in the past. Also this company has had some management changes recently in 2nd half of last year so it now also comes under the name Sunny Science co. Ltd with same address, office address is Rm2009 Shenhua Commercial Bldg,JiaBin Road, Luohu District, Shenzhen, China. I am very upset in the way they have handled this case & will never do business with them again, however I am out of pocket for some US$80-100K, I must find some way to recover some money. For now I can only report them like this & push them & finding other means. Lawyers will only cost more & waste of time. Can you suggest any other methods I can use to get to them?
