I am raising a complaint about an order not received from Shenzhen Electronic Co.,Ltd. in the amount of $914.00, invoice number 4211239697 dated 9-Dec-2014. On December 9, 2014, I ordered various electronic samples from the web site, www.shenzhen-electronic.com. I received an email the same day that confirmed my order in the amount above . I was also told that I would receive the merchandise within two to four weeks. However, I never received the merchandise. On December 31, 2015, I contacted Shenzhen Electronic Co.,Ltd. via email and phone, and was told that my merchandise was being packaged and sent immediately. Again, I did not receive the merchandise. Since then I have contacted Shenzhen Electronic Co.,Ltd. via email and phone continuously to request that my order be either fulfilled or cancelled and my money refunded. Shenzhen Electronic Co.,Ltd. Have not responded to any of my communications since 31-Dec-2015. I have still not yet received my order. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. Sincerely, Grant Brett
