Firstly, this company when they were black listed initially reopened under this business name and laughingly claim 8,000 staff. I can assure you they are nothing more than a 1 man show with a criminal Robert Chang running the unscrupulous enterprise. Robert Chang also changes their business name regularly to avoid being found on Black List searches. Their name recently changed from Shenzen Easystart Power Ltd. to Shenzen Easystart Power Tech Ltd. I ordered 3 lots of batteries in increasing volumes from this Chinese supplier (Robert Chang) also operates as ABF Battery Factory, ABF Battery, ABF Electronics Technology Co. Ltd and Splendid battery. www.splendidbattery.com. www.abfbattery.com and Shenzen Eastystart Power Ltd and Shenzen Eastystart Power Tech Ltd. The first 2 smaller orders were delivered satisfactorily however the 3rd order was delayed by over 5 months. It did arrive but was only 95% complete. The manufactured (Robert Chang) apologised for the delay and said the outstanding units and RMA replacements would be on the next shipment. The next shipment was delayed by 6 months AGAIN and it was only partially filled. The last order was 200 battery units and 100 chargers as well as plain packaging (1000 units) and freight of which only 40 battery units were delivered and 50 chargers. I paid this unscrupulous individual $19,689.50 of which he shipped a total of $5,629.50 worth of product leaving me still waiting after multiple contacts for $14,082 plus 10 replacement units and 5 units still undelivered. I have tried to contact this thieving pecan multiple times over the past 9 months to no avail. I have had HK based colleagues endeavor to contact Robert Chang, he answers, promises to get back to you, claims to have shipped the order without providing evidence, then doesn't answer the phone. I WARN anybody dealing with this individual - he is untrustworthy, a compulsive liar and a thief.
