The person who managed this issue (called himself Yuki) resulted to be a big liar. It was a shipment from Shenzhen to my address, in Spain. They just should pick up the package (absolutely ready) and proceed to the management for the shipment, they finally chose, after tons of lies, Fedex. I absolutely disagreed with the size of the package that they told me, because it was obvious that they had increased the measurements shamelessly. I knew the size, weight, etc. and even I had already photos of the package, because the seller (honest and serious, who I knew yet from previous orders) had given me such information precisely. They also cheat me with the agencies that would ship the package, and their prices, because not all of them could deal such size (around 125 x 25 x 20 cm). As everybody knows, true size is really important because the shipment cost of this kind of package depends on its volumetric weight. Due to I was absolutely sure that they were lying me with the measurements, I warned him seriously that the first thing I were to do when the package would arrive would be to measure it again. I did it, and not surprisingly I was right. Therefore, I took a lot of photos with a measuring tape opened next to the package, etc. I sent them and asked for an explanation. I had nothing convincing, what a pitty such lack of seriousness, even he laughed of me. I consider that he scammed me, about 50 USD, which was the difference between what I paid them and what I should pay. I had all the emails, photos, original envelopment, etc. and claimed to VISA through my bank, but they resolved saying that they do not go in about quality of paid services, etc. I'm going to write everywhere that Shenzhen Anke Global Co. Advice to others: Beware of these intermediate flying cargo agencies, especially if they are not clear from the first, about quotation. They should tell you from the beginning how many USD/Kg they apply in case of volumetric weights. Do not let them to pick up the goods before everything, until the last detail, had been agreed. And the most important, because of all them tend to increase the size of the package (on the papers, obviously), even when the goods had been already packaged (by the seller of them) and you perfectly know its size, the most convenient is to obey them to sign an acceptance with the description of the package (measurements printed included), and if they deny to sign the paper (which would stay at the factory seller), do not let to take the package, and change to another company.
