Dear sir,madam, We have wholesale company in Greece. I am buying around 4 years beach umbrellas from company Shangyu Jianfa Umbrella Co Ltd. (http://www.zjjianfa.com/) . This year we paid deposit 5,934USD, the Chinese supplier supposed to ship before Chinese New Year (before February 2015). He has not shipped till now! W call him every 1-2 days and he always lying. The last month we start asking him the deposit back, we call him every day but he still lying from day to day and still nothing happens. I know it is actual company with big turnover. They attend Canton fair for many years. I would like to proceed with demand letter and anything else I can do in order to get my money back. thank you in advance
