I was told how much each unit would cost and Mr Andrew responded with their offer. I sent the money to Western Union. For some reason can't find any supplier of electronics in china that accept payment via credit card or an Escrow account. My items were supposedly shipped but then a few days later, I received an email from Mr. Andrew stating that the port authority wanted another $150. Even though it's not much, it is for me, so I refused because I was told by Mr. Andrew that the cost was all up front and that the $400 would cover everything including customs.

The problem I have is that in selling online and when you see other sellers selling a product like the PS4's very cheap, you know somewhere there is someone selling them for a reasonable price. So, to find these sellers you must take chances and hope you find the right person with the right licenses that authorize them to sell these products. So, far I'm not doing so well because it's impossible to verify the licenses in china.
