We deposited USD6,500 according to the proforma invoice, but to our surprise Shanghai Boundary Steel Limited did not comply with the delivery of the material. This indicates that this company Shanghai Boundary Steel Limited is committing fraud, being deceitful, scam, for unresolved dispute, deceiving or unethical practices.
